Juanterria Browne

Owner, Director, LPN and Lead K-4 Teacher

Mrs. Browne is the founder and director of Kidz with Goals Unlimited. She received her associates degree in applied science and is a Licensed Practical Nurse. Mrs. Browne worked as a medical assistant for 9 years — spending 4 and a half years in pediatric, 2 in hospice, 3 in urgent care and 1 year in behavior health. Mrs. Browne's love of seeing children grow led her to devote her heart and time to creating Kidz with Goals Unlimited — a daycare that cares for kids as well as parents.

Falisity Pope

Floater

Mrs. Pope has a a true passion for working with our youngest learners. It gives her great joy by helping and seeing every child progress in their development as young learners.

Mairedith King-Lind

Director/Notary

Mrs. King has her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Business Administration. She has also worked in various roles which includes nursing, supervisory, customer service, case management, law enforcement, and office management. She is working towards her instructor certification for First Aid/CPR, is MAT certified. As the Director of our Cawson location you will see Mrs. King at times in various roles from administrative to cooking to floater in various areas within the building. It truly warms her heart when children become comfortable and she sees them thrive and grow illustrating their unique selves. Children are such a blessing.

Michaiah Noble

Assistant Teacher, Toddler Room

Michaiah has worked in childcare since 2017. She has recently enrolled for her (CDA) Child Development Associate, and will graduate next Spring. Michaiah enjoys making her space feel welcome with giving hugs, or with a simple smile. She can not wait to meet you all.

Alexis White

Lead Preschool K-3 Teacher, Assistant Director

Mrs. White first started working in a childcare setting in 2018. She is working towards getting her associate’s degree in early childhood education. She’s also working towards getting certified in MAT training. Mrs. White has always been passionate about teaching little ones. She enjoys using creative ways to make learning fun.

Dr. Elree Hayes

K-5 Teacher

Ms. Hayes has been with the Department of Education for 13+ years in the city of Hopewell, Va. Her goals are to protect, guide, and nurture the children she works with. She believes that having patience towards children results in a positive and healthy outcome as they mature.
